The Minority Construction Council and Turner Construction Company are partnering together to present the Turner School of Construction Management series in seven sessions.
Week 5: Accounting & Finance
This session will begin with explaining the importance of a job costing system and how you should be tracking job numbers, materials and paper flow. We will then cover certified payroll and tracking budgets, cash flow and cash flow strategies, change order management and AIA billing.
