This is a two day Capacity Building Bootcamp is for certified MBEs and DBEs in the construction industry.
The Series will be lead by industry experts. Participates will learn the following:

- Understanding Financial Reports / Access to Capital
- Creating a Winning Capability Statement
- Understanding How to Create Your Bid
- Managing Your Back Office
- Identifying a Safety Plan
- Utilizing Your DBE & Interstate Certification
- Creating Lasting Contracting Relationships / DBE Contracting Opportunities
- Federal Government Set-Asides
