City of Hartford Rehabilitation Program Informational Webinar

The Minority Construction Council is hosting a webinar with the City of Hartford Housing division on the Housing Preservation Loan Fund Program. This program allows for funding to repair and improvements 1-4 family homes utilizing federal funds.

The purpose of this webinar is to explain the Housing Preservation Loan Fund Program and the need to identify licensed certified minority contractors interested in being placed on the contractors bid list for the Program improvement projects.
